Booking Policies

To ensure the highest level of service, the following policies apply to all bookings.

Inquiries & Confirmation
All bookings begin with an inquiry. Services are confirmed once availability, details, and payment requirements are finalized.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of service, depending on the booking type.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be requested within the agreed notice period outlined at booking. Deposits are non-transferable.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation, depending on the schedule. Full service fees still apply.

On-Location Services
On-location bookings may include additional fees for travel, early call times, extended hours, or special requirements.

Clients are encouraged to share inspiration. Final execution is guided by professional judgment, ensuring results that translate on camera, on stage, and in real life.
